On Wednesday morning, St. Elizabeth became the owners of 3 acres of property on East Cherokee Drive in Woodstock.  We obtained the property through the generosity of Boris and Evelyn Melnikoff who donated the funds for the purchase.  In the very near future, a sign will be erected saying Future Home of St. Elizabeth Orthodox Church. On January 26, 2008, our dean, the Very Reverend Protopresbyter Micael Rosco will travel from New Jersey to consecrate the ground and bury a corner stone.  With the blessings of almighty God, we will break ground in a few weeks and be in a building by summer.  While the inside of the building will be unfinished, we will use it for services and fellowship and finish the interior as we go.
