Consignor Information

(Minimum number of items 15)

All items must be in good condition

• Children’s all seasons clothing sizes infant -16, junior & maternity in excellent condition.
• Toys, books, games, puzzles (with all pieces),  and DVD’s.
• Nursery items, children’s furniture, baby equipment.
• Gently worn shoes limit 10.

Becoming a Consignor

This sale is limited to 100 sellers.  To receive your seller number and drop off time complete attached form and mail to Saint Elizabeth Orthodox

Drop Off

Bring you items to hall of Saint Elizabeth Orthodox Church at you scheduled time.

Check in at the front table to fill out seller envelope and sign the release form.

Items will be inspected when hung or displayed.  Unacceptable items will be returned after the sale.

Finances

Sellers receive 70% of the sales price. Your 30% tax deduction will be placed in the building fund for Saint Elizabeth Orthodox Church.

All checks will be mailed with in 10 business days after the sale. No checks will be issued for under $5.

A $5 fee to cover postage and advertising will be required to reserve a number.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods.

All sales are final with no exchanges or refunds. Cash and checks are accepted.

Sale Preparation

Clothes are to be placed on a wire hanger facing left. Secure items with safety pins.

Pants and skirts should be safety pinned to the top of the hanger.

Shoes should be placed in a zip lock bag with the tagged placed inside of the bag.

Tags must conform to our format.

Safety pin ½ inch of a white 3x 5 index card to the garment's left shoulder.

Please price items in one dollar ($1) increments.

The tags should include the following (please use BLUE or BLACK ink)

Leave ½ inch on top of tag (area for pin)

BOY   or GIRL

SELLER # in top right corner

ITEM # in top left corner

SIZE – in center of tag

PRICE- in center of tag (in $1 increments)

DESCRIPTION- below the price of the item (IE blue striped  shirt, or

Red velvet dress) Detailed description to avoid theft.

NEW item if item has not been used please prominently state NEW ITEM

IF you choose to sell your item for 1/2 price on Saturday please indicate by stating on tag.

Electronics: must have working batteries

PLEASE have clothing sorted by gender and size.

Preview Sale

The Preview Sale will be held Thursday 6:00 to 7:30.

One additional ticket will be issued to sellers of more than 50 items.

Pick up unsold items

Items shall be picked up Saturday between 3:00 and 4:00.

Any items not picked up by 4:00 will be donated to charity.

Reseller’s responsibility:

Congress has passed laws to protect the consumers against lead poisoning. The Consumer Product Safety

Improvement Act of 2008 has forbidden the sale of children’s products with lead of more than 600 parts per million total.

The CPSC has exempted resellers from lead testing.  Sellers are still responsible for selling safe items. Please

confirm the items you are selling are not on the CPSC recall list.  WWW.CPSC.gov

We will not sell:

Items with stains, fuzz balls, tears.

Items containing lead/ or recalled items.

Homemade furniture

Drop side cribs

Breast Pumps

Clothing missing buttons or with broken zippers.

Clothing that smells of smoke or mold.

Car seats, mattresses, used underwear, used swimsuits.

Toys or games with pieces missing.

VHS tapes,

Toys or games missing pieces

Children’s jewelry
